Obituary for Lance Allen Raiter
Lance Allen Raiter, 55, passed away in Crescent City on July 26, 2016. He was born July 16, 1961 in Kenosha, Wisconsin to Dennis and Bonita (Mann) Raiter. He graduated from Trumper High School in Wisconsin before moving to Brookings in 1979.
Lance was a sign-maker by trade. He was very creative and loved wood working. He also enjoyed camping with his family, and watching his children’s sport activities. He was an amazing father and cherished his children and grandchildren.
Lance was married September 25, 1994 in Brookings to Tanya Rae Gunderson Raiter who survives him. Also surviving are his mother Bonnie Raiter, son Michael Milligan and his twin daughters Brooke and River Raiter along with his grandchildren Chase & Macie, all of Brookings.
Services will be at Redwood Memorial Chapel, 1020 Fifield Street, Brookings, on Monday 8/15/16 at 2:00pm. Redwood Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
