Harry R. Gilmore, Jr., 80, passed away at his home in Gold Beach, Ore. on February 6, 2014. Harry was born April 24, 1933 in Oakland, Calif. to Harry and Lucy (Fisk) Gilmore. He served honorably in the US Army during the Korean War. Harry spent most of his career as a longshoreman in the Local 34 in San Francisco. He enjoyed fishing and collecting cars. Survivors include his sons David and Ken Gilmore and a granddaughter, Rachael. Redwood Memorial Chapel is assisting the family. Condolences may be expressed online at http://www.redwoodmemorial.net/.
