Obituary for Glen C. Gordon
Glen C. Gordon passed away from natural causes at his home in Brookings, Ore. on March 31, 2012. He was 57. Glen was born June 2, 1954 in Los Angeles, Calif. to Donald and Dorothy (Williams) Gordon. After earning an Associate’s degree, Glen entered the telecommunications field where he would work for more than 30 years with various companies. He moved to Brookings in 2006 where he attended Brookings Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Cape Ferrelo Fire Department and the Brookings Lions Club. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and trap shooting. Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Krueger of Newberg, OR, brothers and sisters-in-law, Gary and Nancy Krueger of San Diego, Calif., Wayne and Lois Krueger of Klamath Falls, OR., Ken and Susan Krueger of Newberg, Ore., Mike Krueger of Fort Bragg, Calif., sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Doug Macurda of Bishop, Calif. Glen was preceded in death by his father and a brother: Bruce Gordon. At his request, no public ceremony will be held.
