Obituary for Eric Ray Pearmain
Eric Ray Pearmain Born: 11/21/1966in Vancouver, Washington Died: 01/03/2010in Gold Beach, Oregon Eric grew up in the Seattle area, attending schools in Bellevue and Sammamish High School as well as Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. Eric worked in the fishing industry in Alaska and the building industry in Gold Beach. In recent years he had been building his own house near Gold Beach. Eric enjoyed gardening, reading, playing the guitar and listening to the radio. He also picked wild berries and edible mushrooms. He was a very kind and thoughtful person, caring deeply about his family and friends. He called his mother twice a day and was always available to help his friends. He is survived by his mother Elaine Patricia Pearmain of Brookings, his father Roy Steven Pearmain of Artic, Washington, his brother David James Pearmain, currently working in the Bering Sea, aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. A celebration of Eric’s life will be held in the spring.
