Benjamin M. Remy May 24, 1962 – Feb. 27, 2016
Benjamin M. Remy, 53, of Gold Beach, Ore., passed away in Gold Beach on February 27, 2016.
Benjamin was born May 24, 1962 in Fullerton, Calif. to Thomas and Amy (Johnson) Remy. He lived in various locations in California and Oregon – settling in Gold Beach 25 years ago. Benjamin married Brenda Sue Sharp in Gold Beach on August 14, 1993. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, wood carving and was an ordained minister. Benjamin was loved by all who knew him and will be missed.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda of Gold Beach; daughters, Kayla, Amanda, and Ashley, all of California, Whitney of Washington, sons, Tyler of California and Benjamin Remy of Oregon; father, Thomas Remy of Oregon; mother, Amy Remy of Oregon stepchildren, Brandi, Jessica and Kacie, all of Oregon, brother, Thomas Remy of Oregon, Kevin Dent and his wife, Jessica of Oregon; sisters, Jennifer Plummer and her husband Bill, Caren Vastine and her husband, Stan, and Rachel Remy, all of Oregon; and sixteen grandchildren. Benjamin was preceded in death by his grandparents and one granddaughter.
